The chance to enjoy privacy at a true up-north get-away used just for that purpose since the early 1900’s.
The cottage is surrounded by Ann Lake, State Forest & Private Conservancies.

Million dollar view, a mile long private road, a secluded location, surrounded by hundreds of acres of conserved property.

Lake Ann is 527 acres of beautiful water serving as the headwaters to the Platte River as it flows to Lake Michigan. It is one of the top fishing lakes in Benzie County.   Virtually all species of freshwater fish are found here. There is a boat launch available. The lake is spring  fed  so rainfall isn’t as critical to maintain water levels.

The cottage is one mile from the charming village of Lake Ann which has an old fashioned General Store  & grocery, church, bank, Red Door Coffee House, library, Township Park, museum, tennis courts, Papa J’s Pizza  and Post Office. Lake Ann Brewing  is famous for their craft beer and nightly concerts throughout the summer.  Pick up a pizza next door at Stone Oven  and go for ice cream at Corner Cone during the wonderful concerts. There are always lots of kids and families making this a great spot to enjoy music for a wholesome night out with family and friends.  Wednesdays 5 – 6 Classic Cars roll into downtown for Lake Ann Car Nite!

Two miles away is the 27- hole Mistwood Golf Course and restaurant. Lake Ann Camp is home to over 5,000 campers annually from all over the USA is a mile away.  The cottage is centrally located to Lake Michigan,  Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park,  Interlochen Center of the Arts &  Traverse City.  Which are all 12 miles away.
