2027 WEEKS RETURNING GUESTS HAVE 1ST CHOICE

WE WILL POST AVAILABLE WEEKS WHEN GUESTS HAVE CHOSEN THEIR WEEKS. Please inquire with 1st & 2nd choices.

Weekly rental plus ( 6% use tax) + security deposit $400, reimbursable 14 days after visit & inspection. Pets – 2 dogs max. + $100 . Housekeeping +$175

Maximum occupancy of 8 including children age 3 & older.

Sunday Check-out by 10 am, Check-in  3 – 4 pm  (Housekeeping may still be working)

2027 Rates:

Early June**: $3,325 per week+ 6% Use Tax Michigan

Late June*: $3,500 per week+ 6% Use Tax Michigan

Early July : $4,200 per week + 6% Use Tax Michigan

July – August: $4,025per week + 6% Use Tax Michigan

August Last : $3,640 per week+ 6% Use Tax Michigan

Aug./Sept. Labor Day Week: $3,325 per week+ 6% Use Tax Michigan

DISCOUNTS:

* Returning Guests:   Reserve one year in advance to hold date. 50% by March 15th, balance 30 days before stay.  $100 off. 

* Friends & Family Rate:  Please inquire.

* Multi-Week Discount:  2 wks-$100, 3 wks-$200, 4 wks-$300  (31 days or more NO 6% USE TAX) Suggest to contact a year in advance for a long term rental.

*Active Military Discount:  10% discount off your stay with us. It is an honor you choose to spend your leave time with us! ( Valid Military ID must be presented at time of Check-in )

*BOOK DIRECT FROM US AND SAVE!!   The Big Rental sites add hundreds of dollars in fees. Aproximately +10% for guest and 10% for host.   Above discounts only apply to this website.
